Trippin' on Rainbows

Yay for everything pissing me off! Man, this week has SUCKED. And I haven't felt much like drawing. And I go and miss my 1 year anniversary here. DUH...

Anyhoo, my old Nisis tablet died the other day, so I've gone and gotten myself a new Wacom Volito. This thing is so much better, I can say. This pic is my way of pretty much putting my Wacom through it's paces. And to be honest, I'm quite happy, considering this is an A6 tablet.

I've been meaning to do this kinda pic for AGES. Ever since Mario Kart came out in fact. I just never could be bothered. So, put simply, this is CK and Iza in the middle of a race on Rainbow Road. Probably last too, considering CK has a star n' all... As you can see, I can't draw cars for shit, but I'm happy with the background (totally Photoshopped, with a few blended images) and the Sonic Team colouring style. The story behind them using Wario's pimpmobile is simple. CK stole it as part of a drunken dare, according to my fics about him. The comic is elsewhere in my gallery. Hee hee.
